These Terms govern your use of the phoenixcarsEV electric car-sharing service. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

This is a template provided for development and should be reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before production use. It is not legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence. You agree to upload accurate photographs of your licence for verification, and confirm the information you provide is true.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are activated only after we have reviewed and verified your driving licence.

3. Use of vehicles

• Drive lawfully and follow the highway code at all times.
• Keep vehicles within permitted operating zones (geofenced areas).
• Do not sublet, race, or use vehicles for illegal purposes.
• Report damage, faults or accidents promptly.

4. Personal data

We process your personal data — including your name, contact details, date of birth and driving licence images — to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. By signing up you consent to this processing.

5. Fees

Trips are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of booking. Payment is processed by our payment provider.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, phoenixcarsEV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting privacy@phoenixcars.gr.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
